Refund policy
At ModdedVault, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- All original accessories, cables, manuals, and inserts must be included
- The product must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or use
Items that have been used, installed, activated, or altered are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or clearance items
Product Performance Disclaimer Product features such as resolution, recording quality, and compatibility may vary depending on device settings, software, environment, and user configuration. We do not guarantee results based on individual productivity, workflow, or use case.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
